A pretty ambitious Team Building
The LIFE RIPARIAS team united to manage a massive invasion of floating pennywort (hydrocotyle ranunculoides)! This significant effort, which required extensive manpower, was made possible thanks to the invaluable help of the whole LIFE RIPARIAS team along with seasonal workers and dedicated students.
We successfully pushed back the invasion, making room for native flora and fauna to thrive again. However, to achieve complete eradication, additional workdays and several years of ongoing monitoring and follow-up efforts will be necessary.
